üBoarding charges are "Day In / Day Out".  Checkout is 10 a.m. (except Sundays).
üAll animals must be current with all vaccinations.  For dogs, we require proof of rabies, distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, canine parvovirus (DHPP) and bordetella.  Bordetella is required every six months.  Tags are not  proof.   For cats, we require proof of rabies and FVRCP.  Negative fecal analysis within the past year  is also required for both dogs and cats.

       PLEASE NOTE:  Any pets not current on rabies or distemper vaccines will  be refused entry. 

      A $25/day isolation fee, in addition to regular boarding/daycare fees, will be charged for all pets requiring isolation or special handling.
üThe safety, health and well-being of our guests and staff are our main priority.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog we feel may jeopardize others.
üAny pet arriving with fleas and/or ticks will be given a medicated bath and treated with a topical flea and/or tick product at owner's expense.
üPlease inform us of any changes to your reservation dates--failure to inform us of a change in arrival date may result in your reservation being cancelled.
üAll clients are required to leave an emergency contact number.
üAny medical condition that might develop during the animal's stay will be attended to by our medical staff, after contacting owner.  If we are unable to reach the owner, consent to treatment is implied at the owner's expense.
üFull payment is required at checkout.
üWe accept cash, personal checks (with proper I.D.) and all major credit cards.
üA $25 fee will be assessed to all accounts for returned checks. 
üPlease reserve early for the holidays and summer vacation or late reservation penalties may be assessed. 

Before your pet's very first stay with us, you will need to fill out a New Client form, as well as a Pet Check-In form.   Waiver and Medical History forms will also be filled out at time of check-in.  At each subsequent visit, you will be asked to verify the information on file.  Click on the appropriate links to download printable versions of these forms.
